  1. Hello, I attached a TPI, I think it explains the noise. CLUTCH NOISE AT IDLE.PDF
  2. I understand that power, torque and consumption values from brochures are tested for N95 petrol. So this engine is really mapped (designed) for N95? Or, that " min.N95(RON/ROZ)" on fuel door, is only for commercial reason?
  3. @korni You are the first that I know who have this noise, with 1.8 TSI engine. Maybe is another source of noise. Also, nobody with 1.2 TSI complain about this noise.
  4. This noise is specific (variable oil pump) 1.4 TSI engine.
  5. Hello, I am curios to know if you use only N95 petrol, or some of you use N98 and notice some improvement. Sorry I can not speak your language, I hope you will forgive me. I use for my 1.4 TSI 103 kilowatts from yesterday Mol EVO N99 and the engine sounds better.
  6. Hello, For those who are interested: "Technical product information Transaction No.: 2037299/3 Service info, engine: howling noises at engine start from front end/engine compartment after a stationary period Release date: 17-Sep-2015 Customer statement / workshop findings Customer statement: Howling noises at engine start from front end/engine compartment after stationary period. Workshop findings: The customer statement can be reproduced. Technical background Flowing noises in the engine oil pump. For the clear assignment of the noises use the attached audio file. https://youtu.be/aGW25kKc0Z0 The noises are construction-related and normal. There is no parts damage. Production change — Measure — Customer information The flowing noises occur at the oil pressure is built up during the engine start and are particularly pronounced after a long stationary period of the vehicle. 7. @Rizan, I see that the car came from the factory with 1/2 of normal oil quantity.
  8. Hi, It seems that the noise is normal for engines 1.4, 1.8 TSI . The noise is made by high pressure fuel pump , injectors and injector ramp . At cold start , in that split second, more fuel is pumped for start up because the engine is cold (you can see on RPM indicator, it rises at 1200 rpm as the noise lasts). Attach a video , at the end, injector noise is heard like the noise: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hg1lhTlSZwE So that is the reason the noise is heard. The engine is cold, the noise will be heard. The starter has nothing to do with it.
  11. Auto je nové . 4200 km . Rok 10,2014 . Vyloučené startér . Vysokotlaké palivové čerpadlo je ? ! ?
  12. Takže ,hluk je normální a není vážně?
