Deny.Kr Posted October 15, 2007 Share Posted October 15, 2007 (edited) ...Jak jsem slíbil,tak jsem splnil..3 měsíce prakticky nepřetržité práce a přesnost milimetrů mě dovedla k výsledku,který se nikomu doposud nepodařil a na který jsem přirozeně hrdý... Zpracuju zde dlouhý příběh s veškerým popisem práce,omluvte kvalitu fotek,fotil jsem o5 mým oblíbeným mobilem ..na žádné otázky ohledně postupu odpovídat nebudu,vše,co chci,aby bylo zveřejněno,zveřejním..čili-pojďme na příběh.. ---tento "příběh" má více stránek!!.. Deny.Kr Posted October 15, 2007 Author Share Posted October 15, 2007 (edited) foto č.2-držáček jsem vymyslel,zpracoval s mým věrným pomocníkem merkurem ,zalepil,naměřil díry na víku,které fakt musí být přené...a přišrouboval(zvrchu jsem prostrčil šroubky a zašrouboval 4-mi matkami... Deny.Kr Posted October 15, 2007 Author Share Posted October 15, 2007 foto č.20- o5 v autě-PS: odraz,který tam vidíte je můj "podpis"..vyražený nápis " DK design ",přilepený ve středu spodní části...bohužel se mi ho už nepodařilo vyfotit..jinak-spodní část,kam se navigace zasouvá je polepena "koberečkem",který oplývá ve schránce před spolujezdcem(dá se objednat zvlášť)... Deny.Kr Posted October 15, 2007 Author Share Posted October 15, 2007 foto č.22- takto vypadá zaklapnutá navigace..jistě,pružinka nemá sílu vystřelit navigaci až do horní úvrati..ale snadno se odcvakne a když přijde čas,zacvakne se na správném místě v horní poloze..z této polohy nepadá ani při průjezdu terénem,zato se však lehce "odcvakne" a následovně zaklapne... Deny.Kr Posted October 15, 2007 Author Share Posted October 15, 2007 a závěr?..nevrhl bych se do toho,nemít středy 2..je to časově velmi náročné,velice vysilující,je potřebná 100% trpělivost,manuální zručnost a přesnost strojaře..nesmí vám t ujet ani o milimetr,protože je potom nemožné vejít se do toho maličkého prostůrku dole...teď pro rejpaly: ano,uznávám,že to není dokonalé,ani nikdy nebude..má to své chyby..ale za tu originalitu jsem ochoten překusnout to...
