I am proposing a little meet-up between us English Skoda fans and the native CZ Skoda fans when we come to Czech Republic in September. This is the friday we are there. There will be many UK Skodas, Fabia to Octavia and maybe more.

We leave on Thursday, visit the Skoda museum on the Friday, Saturday we can meet up and Sunday we head back home to the UK.

Welcome to the forum

Definitely this is great idea and I guess many of us would like to meet you, see your Furby´s and show you ours .

The best place to meet you is at Mlada Boleslav (home city of Skoda factory) after your factory and museum tours. Then we would take you to abandoned army airport which is app 20km from there and have some fun there (3km long and 100m wide smooth tarmac) .

Gosh, Loz! Least you could do was sign up. Even I managed to see through the Czech enough to get registered.

The airport looks great fun, so perhaps the Friday afternoon is better? I believe we will be at the Skoda Museum from 10am onwards, so perhaps in the afternoon we will all be free.

The airfield trek after the factory/museum tour sounds like a great idea. We will be finished at around 3:00pm on Friday 15th September so any time after that would be good.

I don't know what was said above, but if you guys want to meet us up by the Skoda place around 3pm, and take us to that airfield, I (and everyone else in our gang) would be very happy to have a little play. I think I need some v-max tests and some play with the handbrake. Bye bye rear tyres.
