There is a point system in the UK, but I do not believe that Czech points are applicable to foreigners.

They are - the foreigner can get the ban on driving in Czech.

i hope i could meet you guys there...i am losing my english after my returnfrom UK in february

I have read up on the speed limits. Your motorway limit of 80mph is very leniant. We only have 70mph. And many other limits are nearly the same as here too.

Are we going to be more precise with where we will be meeting? Are we going to say 3pm in the car park at the Skoda place in Mlada Boleslav?

Jason dear boy, they will find us. After all there will be at least FIVE UK 'plated' Skoda's in the museum car park THREE of which are heavily modified and plastered with 'BRISKODA' stickers, not exactly difficult to miss!

True true Nevertheless it is possible there will be some tour of UK pensioners too, but I´m sure they won´t come in furbys and octavias ....so don´t worry mates

Would be rude not to. Although with your 0% alcohol driving law, it'll be strictly cola only until we get back to Prague.

Are you sure u wanna go back to Prague ? How about overnight party over there at the airport or somewhere close to it ? I'm pretty sure there will be more czechs than 3 of us signed on that list.

Looks like it will be Friday night, as we all need to be fresh Sunday morning for the 1000 mile odd drive back home.

I've got maps loaded on to my sat nav... Problem is CZ isn't on the CDs.. DOH! Going to have to rely on a proper map in CZ. At least the E50 goes straight to Prague.

What kind of navigation do u have ?

Navman ICN630, using SmartST V2 software. Seems to be a blank space over CZ... Maybe its so old, it was before you guys joined the EU???

I'm not fussed. Will probably grab a road map at the border, or something like that.
