Hi I don't need actual number plates. It is just the black holder they clip in to. Mine now has a "Mlada Boleslav" and a phone number on it, but I would like the Ceska Republika surround.

Are the numberplate surrounds with this written on them (Czech flag too?) only available in Czech? If so, can someone who is coming with us to the Doksy show / Airfield runs in September buy one for me please (just one, as I can't use a surround on the front) Thanks in advance.

Yes, but your's is show worthy for it's styling, whereas mine is worthy for engine modifying. I've yet to get mine featured in any magazines, but hoping soon, after some tidying up of the outside, it will make into a magazine of some sort in the UK.

Took the fabia down for a run this morning. It did 259.4 bhp for me. I am so happy! I will be doing runs down the Mimon airfield in 8 weeks time at no cost. Hoping to get up to and past 140mph in the length of the runway. I can now reach almost 100mph inside 1/4 mile, so hoping over 3km, to do nice. The way the wheels are moving makes it look likes it's going backwards!

My car is a little different again since these were taken. I now have new suspension which is more comfortable and have raised it up a bit so the wheels clear better. I also have Brembo 4 pot brakes on the front. Very nice powerful brakes. Anyone recognise the sticker above the door handle.

I will be driving through Belgium, or at least part of it. The route we take goes from Calais and heads up into Belgium on the main autoroute toward Germany. If you were able to meet that would be good, but I don't know on times. It is cheap to post though, which would be easier.

Hello. As I'll be coming over to CZ in September I thought it would be worth me offering a fabia bonnet lifter kit which was developed by myself and a local engineering company. As far as I know nothing simlar exists for the Fabia. Not sure how the currency thing will work, but we can work something out.

Very nice. Did you find any info about the red one? It looks a good front mounted intercooler on it. Was it a vRS or another model?

You should come for the Doksy weekend. Middle of September - 15th/16th I think. There will be about 20 cars going from the UK.

OK - I plugged my airbag ECU back in and it cleared the errors with the airbag ECU communication. But I now have fresh faults which says the "resistance too high" for both the airbags, so I still have my light. A mechanic is going to measure the resistance of my passenger airbag as it's out my car and hopefully I can create a little box of trick that my two connectors can attach to and fake the plug that it is plugged into an airbag. Hopefully then I can clear my last permanent dashboard light.

Then please tell me what happened to break it!

That's odd. Each airbag has a connector on the end of it, and if left unconnected to an airbag, should throw up the airbag light on the dash. If you did nothing, then that gives me an idea....

Please tell me more about the "no" bit. If you've fooled the plug for the airbag, please tell me anything about it, and any diagrams etc. I have all my airbags disconnected for safety, but would like to remove the light.

Have you removed the airbag? Do you have the light on?

Sorry, but P2M gets first go, I should have enough nitrous oxide to do a few runs though. The bottle will be filled up before the trip across.

Oh, I forgot to add my Fabia should be running close to 300bhp for the trip, so trips up and down the Mimon airfield will be offered.

I hope you can salvage some of the stuff off the backend of your old car. Those lights are smart, and you might be able to get some bodywork off to save buying too much bodykit for the new one. Wingmirrors too look salvageable. You will probably also find your two front wheels will refurbish, if they didn't get "too" hot and buckle. They're also a really nice set of alloys.

Oh MAN! How sad is that? First time I've known a Fabia do this! Hope it all gets sorted for you.

Better make some room at the show! Going to be about 20 cars or more this time around!
