It works now, apart from the small fact that it works in reverse, i.e. when controlled by its own switch and the driver's side switch, the up/down direction works in reverse -- but I'm basically used to it now :-) However, today the rear window switch suddenly started to malfunction: with the own buttons, the two rear windows work fine, but with the driver's side switch, the right rear button does not work at all, but with the left rear button, the two rear windows go down and up at the same time. This is quite confusing, and I am afraid that new problems will arise over time, e.g. suddenly one of the windows won't close. I looked at the videos on the net, but so far I have only found ones where the fully closed/open positions can be taught relatively simply by pressing a long button. Since it seemed obvious that the switch on the driver's side might be the bad one, I took it out, disassembled it, and checked: tested based on the PCB wiring, the switch itself works. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve when it was cleaned and returned. If you have any ideas on this, I would be happy to receive them, but I would also appreciate the contact information of a recommended car electrical mechanic in the vicinity of Budapest. Thanks!
