666Edition. Experience?

Hi,

Anyone at the forum who have experience of buying things from www.666edition.com? Is it a serious company?

Why I ask is because I ordered projector headlamps from their e-shop in the first week of February to my Fabia. And now in the beginning of of April, I´m still waiting for the headlamps. They have told me that they got my money (got an e-mail in the end of February from them).

Then I have sent several of e-mails to them and ask why it take so long time to get my ordered headlamps - but no answer from them!

I´m from Sweden, so of course there will be some delivery-time from Czech (but two months sounds a little bit long). I have ordered things from Germany - there was the delivery-time only two weeks.

So I should be very happy to hear if someone in the forum have any experience of 666Edition and their e-shop.

You haven´t received any AWB number or consignmet note??? What about to call them and solve things by phone?

To Crake: Yes, you´re absolutly right! I haven´t noticed before that there is no telephone-number. But yes, only an e-mail address. Wonder why??

To P2M: I have got an order number from them and when I look at my "order reviews" at their website, it´s noticed "Přijato" - I think it´s mean "confirmed" or "received", or something like that. Right or wrong?

So I feel a little bit worried about that 666Edition is a humbug company. I really hope not, but when the time is going with only one answer from them.

The headlamps that 666Edition have is from HP Raid. I have seen almost the same lamps from German-companys, as Skoda Müller, but it´s from the Belgium company TYC. Why I choosed to order the headlamps from 666Edition was because the HP Raid-lamps was a little more expensive and then a little bit more quality (I thought, my blockhead!). So the only thing I can do is to continue to send them e-mails and ask, and ask and..... I really hope that 666Edition not treat all customers like they treat me!!!

I have tryied to get the phone number for operators, but there is nobody registered under this 666edition name... Maybe its company registered under privat name of sellers... Will let you know...

Patrikx: As per my investigation company 666EDITION, 15000 Na Stárce 1197/4, Prague is registered to MAREK ORAVEC, Mosty k Rybnikum 7, Cesky Tesin 73562 and as per registration he is entrepreneur in car bussines... So maybe is there problem with his supplier... Try to send him next email and I will try to get his number...

OK! I see that 666Edition is a company that is not the easiest way to get contact with (except e-mail, but this way they don´t answer ). I only have one e-mail from them in two month, it was in the beginning of March there they told me that they have had problems with the lamps in stock but, what I understand, had the lamps came and the lamps was in stock again and they promised to inform me about the tracking nr. That e-mail was signed Monika, sales assistent at 666Edition.

Have sent her an message now at ICQ, so now it´s only wait and see if I get an answer.

Thanks P2M for the good idea. I had not ICQ before so I had to install the program first, I had only msn messenger.

Hi guys,

I must have missed her (Monika) at ICQ yesterday. I sent away a message to her (at ICQ) yesterday, but as usual - no answer. OK, maybe she wasn´t there at the moment but I beg for an answer over e-mail but as usual - no answer yet.

I beginning to believe that I never gonna see the headlamps. Sorry, but I have to say it - after this bad service from 666Edition I will never recommend anyone to buy things from them in the future. I feel really cheated . So, the only thing I can do is to continue to send them e-mails and ask, ask and ask.

But I have to say that I feel so happy to be encourage from both of you guys (Crake and P2M), thanks for your support ! Without you two I had gave up!

P2M: in case you have ICQ, please try to get the phone number to their office... In case you will talk in czech, they will answer you I don´t have ICQ installed on my PC and I ´don´t have sufficient rights to install it :(

P2M have been very helpful! He talked to Monika (sales-assistent - 666Edition) at ICQ last week and she told him that they have had problems with the headlamps in stock. He (P2M) had even visited 666Edition (but he couldn´t find the address).

But now 666Edition say that they will send the lamps in two weeks to me (Monika said so to P2M). Personally I´m not so hopeful if I ever see the headlamps , but I will give it a try and wait and see. If they can´t get the headlamps this time I will tell them that they must send the money I have paid back to me.

Hi mate!

Just want to clarify I couldn´t find even 666Edition shop on the address I´ve been to. There is normal block of flats building with garages and no shop, no promotion etc on the house....just private persons...

If you want Patrikx, I can try to get the latest info from Monika

Yes I understand you, but I didn´t knew how I explained that to Crake about the address so I wrote like that instead.
