Hi, I drove almost 10k (in 10 months or so) with 0w20 and the oil level were 3/4 so still not bad and close to what is was before. But I returned to the old good 5w30 for the autumn and winter, and I will probably stay with it for longer.

OK, I will monitor the oil consumption and let you know. Until now, I had Castrol Edge 5W-30 LL and there was practically no oil consumption - I never had to add oil having done 16k km (it was always above half full on the oil dipstick). Mějte se hezký den!

After igniting a big informational chaos between my service and Skoda Poland, I got a call from Skoda/VW Poland headquarters today in which they officially confirmed that EA211 1.2-liter engines allow using VW 508 00 norm oils. They apologized for the previous misinformation (initially they responded via the web form that the oil was not OK), and that the service was right. So, a new oil for new (eco) times... Povzdech But I think I will return to 504 00 oil next year. Durability first.

Please forgive I write in English [emoji4] I have 1.2 TSI 66 kW CJZC engine in my Fabia III MY2016. Yesterday I got my oil changed by a local Skoda service to Mobil 1 ESP x2 0W-20. I am confused. So you say that 0W-20 VW 508 00 / 509 00 is officialy OK for 1.2 TSI?... Děkuji vám!
